Orders & Production
How long does it take to make my order?
3D printing generally takes 2 to 5 business days. Since every piece is printed to order, this time is in addition to shipping. STL files are delivered instantly by email after payment.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Production starts quickly after payment is confirmed. Contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once production has started.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation is sent by email as soon as payment is received.
Sizes & Products
What's the difference between the Desk and Living Room formats?
The Desk format (15cm) suits a shelf or desk; the Living Room format (25cm) is built for a coffee table or console. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
Are the colors on screen accurate?
We present them as accurately as possible, but slight color variations can occur depending on your screen and the 3D printing process.
How does the STL file work?
The .STL file is print-ready on most FDM 3D printers. It's available immediately after payment in your account's "Orders" section (never emailed) — no print-count limit for personal use.
Do you offer custom or personalized products?
For any personalization request, email us — we look at these on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Expect generally 1 to 8 business days total (production + shipping), depending on your region.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not at the moment — we currently ship within Canada only.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders within Canada, as this cost is already built into our product prices.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
My package is lost or damaged — what do I do?
Contact us right away — we'll investigate with the carrier and find a solution.
Returns & Exchanges
What if the format doesn't suit my space?
No problem — you have 30 days from receiving your order to exchange for a different format. Return the piece unused, in its original packaging, and we'll ship you the correct format for free.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No — since every piece is printed to order, we don't accept returns for a simple change of mind. Format exchanges are available though. STL files, delivered instantly, are never refundable once downloaded.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
You're entitled to a free replacement or full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo.
How long does a refund take?
Requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days, and approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure processor — available options are shown at checkout.
Is my information secure?
Yes — we use security protocols (SSL encryption) and never store your credit card data.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes, calculated at checkout based on your province.
